- All products are handmade. This means that every item is unique and will vary in shape, impression, color, brush strokes and texture.
- Each size given is only approximate; sizes will vary depending on the object.
- If 'all products are marked as different' individually, this means 'This product has a large margin of error.' between the different products.
- Please note that all products may vary slightly, even if this is not stated explicitly in the labelling.
- Those who are unsure about this should reconsider whether this is the best purchase(s) for them.
About shipping costs
- Shipping fees are set for each country, but this is the “minimum amount,” and additional shipping fees may be requested after payment.
- Please check your email frequently at the beginning of your order.
- We will send email you of any additional shipping charges within 24 hours of your order. If you do not receive a notification within 24 hours, there will be no additional shipping charges. (However, please check your email periodically as other issues may arise.)
- We sent an email stating “No additional shipping charges” for orders placed before the announcement was revised. After that, we will not contact you unless there are additional shipping charges.
About Shipping
- It will be sent out sequentially starting on August 25.
- Orders will be shipped via EMS.
- Delivery is expected to take one week, but there may be some variation as it is an international shipment.
- If the delivery time is expected to be too long, we will contact you via the email address you provided.
